July event in Dublin
Posted in Ubuntu, Ubuntu-ie, events on 06/24/2010 04:21 pm by Laura CzajkowskiIt’s easy to get complacent in summer when there’s not much on and the sun is out. Jeffrey/Tdr112 has gone about sorting this out. We’re going to do something in July and that something is what we want you to decide. He has created a poll and we’d like you to vote on the activity.
The idea of this event is to do something different. We’ve a geeknic to chose from work on bugs, hillwalking and lots more. We might depending on the outcome be able to combine two things. So please vote and lets meet up this July!
Voting is here. Come along and meet some more of the local Ubuntu folks here in Ireland. Our events are child friendly so don’t be shy in bringing your kids along!

John well if the dun laoghaire vote wins that’ll end up being a Geeknic there are other possible ones planned during the summer, perhaps we should try and have one in Limerick for a change.

Great! I can’t make the last weekend of July, but will try to keep the others free.
