I live in Castleconnell, so a taxi from town out there is €26. I was at a wedding the other side of town so a taxi would have been close to €50. I also needed to be mobile and come and go as I pleased. I do have access to 2 other cars. this was just much easier. For 6 days including insurance it worked out at €31.50 a day. Only that I'm living in the countryside, far away from any rental, I'd give it very serious consideraion.
